Feroza and Rocky Lights Interchangability...

Post by HotFourOk »

Hey people,

Just got an F78 Rocky 2.8TD :D Just wondering if you can buy headlight inserts to fit a standard H4 globe in? Coz the stock ones are a sealed beam unit and one needs replacing anyways.

Cheers, Nick.

Also, do the rear bumper mounted tail lights from a Roza fit the Rocky?

So has it got 7 inch round, or the rectangular headlights? Either way, you can get the replacement bling headlights like these.

Yeh theyre the rectangle ones Bundy... do your inserts take H4 globes?

Yeah I've also got Narva 175 Blue's to put on but waiting on a bullbar/nudgebar to mount them onto.

Yep, they take ordinary halogen headlight bulbs. I think the brand is Altezza, or something similar to that. I bought them from a wrecker new. Cost $70 for the pair. Try a decent auto electrician, or spare parts place. Mine have the Atric Blue bulbs in them. Well worth the money for both, in my opinion.

I like them there headlights. Might even consider getten me some of them so I can see them drop bears in the trees at night.

Yes, I'm still alive!!.

I've spent all of my spare time over the last 2 months restoring a 1983 holden commodore. Not finished yet but gettin closer every day.

I have a set of them on my Feroza for about 5 months.
With a H4 bulb they produce a nice clean light.
Build quilty is decent, not as tough as the originals though.
