Ok guys i have just done a few mods to the TDI and want to make sure my cooling system is up to scratch.
How would i flush and clean the intercooler,is there anything i could soak it in to make sure its clean.

DON'T use any flammable liquid to clean an intercooler, or if you do, flush with HOT water and allow top dry.
If you have ever seen a diesel running on a whiff of kero, turps, or petrol etc, you'll know that there is no way to stop it, short of stuffing your hand or a big rag into the air intake before it breaks the crank...
