Mav LPG/petrol questions

Post by hetfield_86 »

Hey Everyone I am currently looking for a SWB GQ or a Mav. I've found a couple which I like and are in my price range. I'm just wondering what the price of a LPG conversion be. Its a 4.2 litre. Just wondering whether it ends up cheaper in fuel or not.
Can't wait until I get my car :)

i think they are about $2500, however that may have changed due to petrol prices lately.

it is definately cheaper. I have dual fuel and for about $70 petrol i get 300 - 350kms and the same on $40 of gas. you use more gas, but its still cheaper...even tho gas has gone up about 15 cents in the last couple of weeks.
