Try Pick and Payless at Blacktown
Last time I was out there (6 wks agfo) they had four Pajeros in the yard
Also try Franks Comercial Wreckers at Fairfiled they do a lot of 4x4 as well
Cheers

last i was at pick and payless they only had gen1 pajeros. i only needed a towball so it was ok. $20 for the lot.
franks is a little expensive, but they do have a lot of pajeros that i saw.

Never, ever, pay what they first ask
Talk em down to realistic prices
Tell em stuff like your in a club and will reccomend others and like
Using the obove I got a complete'96 cab for my truck for $350.
That is totally complete interior, doors, guards everything in top nick too.
Plain and simply I told them that was all I was going to pay
Mate I tell you they didn't like it but still wanted the sale
Don't forget they rearly pay more than $1000 for a wreck and generally that is recouped from the engine alone making the rest of the car profit
Be stern but not aggresive when negotiating
Another good tip is look like a porper, what i mean by this is do't wear brand name clothing when you go in. They notice this and charrge accordingly ie if you can spend 200 on shoes 500 on the car is nothing
If you are after big ticket items like engines and gearboxes you would probally be better finding a few other people who need parts that you don't and buy a complete wrecker from the trading post or ebay
There is a F100 wrecker in Blaxland Rd Campbelltown who does 4x4s
Not sure what his prices are like but all the local mechanics recommend him.
There is also a 4x4 wrecker at Chipping Norton (East Caoast 4x4 wreckers in Devlin Close I think) but when last drove past he dind not semm to have much stock in the yard
Cheers
