defender lift question

Wanting to lift the 130 2"ish to get clearance for bigger tyres....
Decided on the Ironman kit, very good value for money and haven't heard of any problems with them...
Only issue may be that they don't seem do heavy enough rear springs in length I need.....
I currently have stock rears at (as best I can measure with wheel unweighted) 420mm long x 170ish mm external diametre x 20-21mm thick. (not measured inner 'helpers', as not going to replace them)
Fronts are 370x150ishx17mm

The fronts come off fine, with options available of 400/408mm, 415/425 and 420/430 ironman springs in correct width and thickness... sweet. ( I hear of RR alternative, back to that later..)

Rears options are 440 or 480mm tall, but both only in 17mm diametre....methinks way too soft compared to current 20-21mm thick with added inner 'helper' springs.

'Hiline' on the AULRO site said he used RR springs all round to get 3" lift, but my inquiries so far say perfect option for front, but shorter than stock rears, and much smaller diametre.

I just need to know who has lifted their 130 utes a similar amount (or done a lift for someone), what size springs did you use, what weight of spring will I need in rear without inner spring (I want it softer than it is currently, but not so as I can't tow and carry loads, do other vehicle makes run a compatible spring size (rumours or Nissan?)

That will be a 2nd stage, as money comes to hand. ;)
