Grille type thang

im no panel beater but im havin trouble removing the front mask (?) thing that the actual plastic grille itself sits in. any help would be great.
There is a heap of philips headed screws all around the place on that panel, you will need one of these (see pic)

then the joins themselves are brazed (but very lightly) use a file to remove most of the weld (but none of the panel) and it should come out.
