Is on the Gu H233 front axle a steering knuckle for RHD AND LHD???? Thanks

not sure what you are asking. the knuckles are different for LHD and RHD, if that is what you want to know.

So I can use a AUS Nissan H233 front axle straight for a Left hand drive car, except for the panhard fixing? Thanks

no. there is no arm for the drag link to attach to on the RH knuckle.
