body mount swap

howdy, im swapping the body mounts out,
now there are 2 say 30mm this mounts under the cargo area floor, with bolts of some sort throught them, how do yas change these?

sort of above the diff in the center? never changed em

yup bogged, they are the ones, im not going to change them either

actually after you do a body lift, you should lift them too to stabilise the floor in the cargo area

i dont have a body lift, plus my drawers mount at the verry back, and very front of the cargo area, so there is no pressure on the floor,
