TRD Supercharger 4.5ltr 80 series

Post by zackde »

Hello all. Did a search and could not find what I was after. Has anyone here installed the TRD (Kazuma) Supercharger kit on there 4.5ltr 80series, and if so were they happy with it, both in its performance level and fuel effeciancy, any problems? Then lastly is there an Australian Distributor? Kind regards...

Ive done work on a couple of 80 4.5 ltr supercharged ( converted from auto to manual as the auto's dont like the extra herbs ), 1 was a TRD and the other was a CAPA, comparing the two the CAPA went heaps harder than the TRD. I believe the TRD was a bit more conservative but if fitting a charger i would want a conciderable increase in herbs if i was spend $$$$$$$.
