Thinking of replacing the Lux's X member with a low profile one. What's the go with the "thing"(oval shaped plate bolted on) on the LHS of the standard X member & does this need to be include on a LP? Looking at a photo of a Snake , it doesn't appear to have the provision to bolt it on. Probably make my own as $350 seems a bit rich for a plate of steel.
