Nissan Gurus - I need Help Identifying this part

Post by Toyo Truck »

Hi guys,

I was doing a bit of cleanup and I cam across a turbo-charger from
a Nissan of some description.

I got this off a mate years ago, but I cannot remember what motor it
is off. I think it was a turbo-diesel of some description, but cannot be
sure.

From the markings, can you guys discern what type of turbo this is,
and what type of car/application it is suited to??

Thanks heaps,
Bart

Its a Nissan one.....

Sorry, im still possessed by Bogged this morning  , it actually looks like the one I had on my SD33T. The fittings on the bearing housing look exactly the same. This does not mean that was the only vehicle it was fitted to. Nissan may have fitted to other types as well.

I was suspecting as much,

The SD33T is the 3.2L Turbo-diesel as found in the Patrols right?
What year model patrols were these common in?? MQ,GQ???

Cheers,
Bart
