When I did mine ~2 years ago RS supplied a full and detailed instruction leaflet with the flares.
I agree with Micheal, fronts are easy, just dont fit them too high. Rears take patience and a little finesse/skill on the 4 doors. If youre trimming the flare to fit the profile of the door be careful not to thin out the depression where the screws come through.
Borrow or hire an air nibbler. Makes it an easy, distortion free cutting job. Put some time into treating the bare edges and sealing the flare to the rear door on the inside. (sikaflex is your friend here)
I would recommend leaving them in gel coat and NOT painting them because the gel coat is nice and tough whereas painting scratches easily and looks crappy after a while.
Cheers

I received instruction sheets with mine. Trimming the rear doors is the worst part. I also had to panel beat (as in hammer) the door (not the outer skin on one side to get the flare to fit up reasonably.
But there's no other acceptable alternative that I know of.

sounds like the rear doors might pose a threat to me
dammit i can just pay someone to do it for me if i dont feel confident.

Did mine 2 months ago on the 5 door Disco. Great modification. The guys that have already answered helped me a lot. Instruction were included.
