60 swivels on a 45

Post by FJOE45 »

G'day everyone. What a ripper of a site. Igot my hands on a 60 series front diff, I am wondering if the swivel hubs would fit on the front of my FJ45. I have taken the 60 series swivel hubs off and have cleaned them up and if they fit my 45 i will be replacing the seals and bearings, so, do you guys know if this can be done. :?:

Yeah they fit but you will need to change the tie rod ends or run later 47s arms or get some bushes from www.man-a-fre.com

No problem. And if the FJ45 is a 1979 or later, the steering arms and tie rod taper are no different than the 60.
