Every water crossing l do gets the carpet in the front floor wet under drivers left foot & pass right foot, have searched in & out. Have lifted the carpet for a look but stuffed if l know. All of a sudden this has started, 5 years old & never been wet before now its starting to smell. Very frustrating.
remove all youre carpets, so you can see the bare floor, and......hmmmmm.....take it for a drive through a water crossing and see if the water is seeping in around the seam welds in the floor, or through any other sorts of places.
I think ages ago Roly found a spot somewhere where there was no rubber grommet, cant remember that was few yrs ago, try the Patrol4wd list on yahoo groups.
