I have a 1989 F75 2.8T Diesel Rocky, not the intercooler model.
I have had the suspension upgrade with a 2 inch lift using TJM Series 2000 springs. I also have 15x7 ROH rims on it. The problem is now I have lost a heap of stearing lock. The original springs have a taper to allow the wheels more clearance but the TJM once are straight.
Does anyone know if I can get some rims with a bigger offset so that I can perform a U-Turn without using all the space of a footy field ?
Also how big a tyre can fit with the current mods ?
I can't help with a solution to your problem, but can advise you that most states will only allow a 25mm increase in track over standard. You may want to be careful with the rim option if you want to stay legal.
Most state Motor Registries have the info online on what's allowed.

1. A wider stanced vehicle will have a bigger turning circle.
So when you say offset rims.....I guess you mean a Negative Offset ??
It all depends on how much clearance you have on full lock at the moment. But I wouldn't want to make the track any narrower if I take it off road regularly.....increased 'tip-a-bility'....so the answer is...get a front locker and then see how bad your turning circle is !!
2. What size tyre are you currently running....29"....30"....31" ?? My guess is you could probably fit 31" rubber on, BUT....it would probably foul on the flares.
Simple answer......do a 2" body lift, and they should fit without any problem.
You just need to make sure your free wheeling hubs are disengaged when you're on bitumen. You can't just take it out of 4WD and drive over hard stuff with the hubs locked like you can with a non locked front diff.
