brake problems

84 hilux...disc front shoe rear....I keep losing my hard pedal so i bleed them get air out and its good for a month or so but it gradually gets worse again. i am not losing any fluid and can see no clear signs on any sort of leakage....
im stuck any help??

Have had a similar problem, after O/H the M/C and it still happened we found out that parking with the handbrake on allowed air to creep in past the wheel cylinder seals. New W/C's fixed it
