Hey
Finally I picked up the car….. It was a warm day the hard top came straight off. Installed a bit of a stereo (the factory one was really crap)
Today was the first of the many small trips a mate of mine took me to Gembrook about 60km out of Melbourne CBD. The little Feroza did really well. The tyres really let the car down. It was quite muddy and I was all over the place however it went everywhere his Turbo Diesel Hilux went.
Now I have got the bug need tyres and a lift. The car is getting a full service on Wednesday diff, gearbox oils changed etc ready for the next weekend.
I have seen in other discussion threads that you can wind something up in the front to get a two inch lift… What about the back? Do you use blocks on the leaf springs? Who are the best (cost efficient) guys in Melbourne to do this? Manufacturer or workshop.
Thanks for your help guys
Cheers

Torsion bars at the front wind up and the cheapest way for rear lift is extended shackles and HQ or HZ Holden ute rear springs.
