lockrite in lux
hey, just been looking at getting a locrite for the rear of my lux. on bigballs it says they are different if you have a LSD,,this right. mine has a sticker on the diff sayin something bout a LSD(painted over) but it dont work????????any ideas, thanks fellas
sierra truggy,37 sticky treps,propane,6.5s and disconnect,lux diffs with spools,16" fox shox,hydro steer.
The lockright replaces the spider gears with the locking drivers. LSD doesn't have spider gears, therefore cant take a lockright. If you have a beam axle - you can probably use the front diff for the lockright & put it in the back, then put the LSD in the front. It worked on my FJ40, but not sure about a hilux. I'm almost certain the diffs are different with IFS though...
