Post by Mark2 »

Did the TB42 ever come out with electronic ignition? What are the options for converting a points distributor to electronic?

you need to either have a dizzy built or buy an aftermarket electronic ignition kit. I can tell you from experience not to buy the pirahna one, and from what i have read on this board i would avoid the crane one as well, i have the petronix ignitor with bosch gt40rt coil and extended rotor button and it works great. I am yet to hear a bad report on the petronix kits if your interested $275 fitted and i can pass you on the guys number
