Clutch on a 110

My friend resides on the dark side with you guys and drives a 110. He has lost his clutch and is comeing over on friday night to use my shed and tools to change it. Any tips you could give me to help ease the pain would be great.

What do you mean by "lost" it, does it no longer grip (worn out plate) or no longer disengage (faulty booster or slave)

He has ew master and slave and has good clutch feel but clutch will not disingauge. He has been told they will do this when they loose rivits ect. But the clutch was starting to shudder before it stoped working? High k's so should take a look.

I hoop he didnt broke de fork
, if so, if master and slave are still working, you have to take out de gearbox and replace it. It's about 6 hours work i think.

As FBF said, it could be the clutch fork.
Rover changed to cheap pressed metal forks which wear through where they pivot.

I suppose we will find out, just wodering if here was any tricks in removeing/installing the gearbox?

remove floor plates and tunnel, remove front and rear shaft and exastpipe (rear end) and handbrake, disconnect all the bolts, place one or two garage jacks under de gearbox pull it away from the enging. Place new fork and bolt it all together. Easy as that it is
