HJ60 coil conversion
I have decided to put coil suspension in the rear of my now HJ60 UTE...
been searching for a while now and came up blank...has anyone on here ever done such a thing?
Was thinking of using a majority of 80 series gear...or is there a better option?
I cant even find pics of 60 with rear coil suspension...
If anyone can help me out, that would be fantastic!
Cheers.

Hi! this is first time I'm writing here. I live in Finland.
I'm starting my projekt next month to put coil springs both front and rear on my HJ61 -89. I've been looking for some pics and descriptions "around the world" how to do it, but the only 60 series Landcruiser with coilspring conversion I found is here in Finland! It's a HJ60. Since about 2 years it's been possible to do roadlegal coilspring conversion here in Finland.
We have some BJ40 that have coilsprings and then there is a HJ61 with portalaxels and coilsprings.
So far I've changed:
-differentials to 4.56
-installed the PTO winch about 4 " higher and 4" backwards
-3" BL
-made rocksliders
-modified rear bumper, now I can attach an electrikal winch on it
-35" BFG AT for DD and 36" SS TSL for more serious wheeling
I'll try to take some pictures of mine project. I hope to make it before summer.

i would see the calbah set up or of an 80 seris . the calbah setup is pretty much bolt on i looked at it when i had my 60 . and the 75 wernt much differnt back then in 84-86 so it mite just bolt up. the reson i rekon no ones don it yet is the shear weight of a sixty even choped in to a ute there friggin hevy.
