Well I just bit the bullet and bought gear oiltype Castrol EPX 80w/90 and for the transfer diffs VXM 80....... And Nylon G70..... http://www.nulon.com.au/products.php?productId=g70
For the Engine oil I am in two worlds either getting the Nylon Synthetic around $45 15W/50 http://www.nulon.com.au/products.php?productId=syn15w50
or normal oil and add Nulon E20......
The Zook is getting the once over next week Sat 22nd... Will let you know how it goes......Will check the compression too.Its still making the diesel rattle when cold and under load (could be piston slap?)
Still heaps to do also new noise while starting the engine a sound from the starter motor or similar because its only a short time and too quick I cant figure it out.....

103119km's timings ok but cant rem deg... will re check sat (bro in law is letting me use his service station hoist) (for complete oil changes etc
She still goes alright except the diesel type noise at cold when she warms up its not as bad but I have always been a little pissed of with it but have taken it for 300 kms round trips to Otways and back witha bit of a load.. with Premium fuel she goes well... 2" inch lift kit OME shocks OME suspension 30"BFG's MT handles on road really well and of road well
cheers Layto
