Painting Question....

Post by cleanskin »

This might be a stupid question but for someone who doesnt know squat about painting i need some help... ive recently aquired a alluminium tray which is on the ute at the mo and and possibly thinking of painitng it white just because i like the look of a painted tray better than steel... is this possible and what procedures would i need to take to do this.. eg. prep and so on, or would i just be better leaving it till i find a steel tray?... Any help would be of great interest

Id wait . You need special primers to paint aluminium and i think itll still peel off fairly easy . Aluminium trays are nice and light though.
