for those that know, the the 80's handbrake aint worth $h!t when you need it and ive been racking my head about what could be done to improve it and this is what ive come up with though im not sure about its legalities so keen on your reports....
plan: route the front brake lines under the tranmission tunnel and poke through the floor with a suitable ball valve switch inline.
method of opperation: when needed the brake peddle is depressed to engage brakes and while engaged the valve is closed which then holds pressure in the line thus keeping the brakes engages.
similar to: line locker kits fitted to drag cars.
cuation: woulnt be used for long term storage due to possible leaks over time under pressure. you would have to rely on good old factory handbrake for this.
