winch dimensions

Post by GQ Bear »

I'm gunna build a new competition winch bar for my GQ. If anyone's got any spare time, could you measure the o/a dimensions of a warn 8274 winch and bolt hole-centres.

If anyone's got a schematic drawing or other dimensioned drawing they could post up, even better.

I have a slowmount now but i want to eventually get a highmount.

I'll let you know how i get on with the bar. If anyone's interested in a steel ARB deluxe winch bar suited to 2" body lift let me know by PM.

Thanx

Here is the dimensions of the high mount

Click on the pic and it should increase in size for better viewing.

Mounting Bolt Pattern: 10.0" x 4.5" (254mm x 114.3mm)

Nope no diagram sory.

Have general dimensions but.
Gives the depth of the winch.

Winch Dimensions: 16.5" L. x 8.5" D. x 15" H.
(420mm L. x 220mm D. x 381 mm H.)

I would assume distance from front of winch to rear you would need
clearance to suit 220mm.

Can you give me the link please??
I would not mind an image of another angle for the high mount.
Which also includes the dimensions.
