OK, I have a new oil pressure sender to fit to the Mav (Thanks VRunner  ). Just wondering if I need to put any Teflon tape or anything on the sender threads before I screw it in?

Cheers

they are shite (gq pressure switch) instead of putting on thread tape you would be better off getting an aftermarket oil sender and gauge.

Thanks for the advice but I'm running the Standard gauge until I change dash pods and fit some new gauges.

So for the std sender do I need any form of thread sealant?
