How do the Fox and Race runner type air shocks sit when you first buy them,how do you set up the rig

some are full with 5w oil some are just under full, they have no gas in them. U have to work out oil level and gas pressure by trial and error.

all the ones ive seen come compressed with no oil or gas in them you install them into your rig and work out what height you want em, then dissconnect and fill them with oil till it just spirts out at the required ride height then reinstall the small valve (like tire valve) then you re attach to the rig and extend the shock fully and add the gas to the shock and your done

hrms maybee it wasnt ride height maybee it was bout a inch from bottoming out i cant remeber
