I have a set of 2" lift king springs in my zook and they are way too stiff...
I have been told to take the springs out and remove one/some of the leafs.
Has anyone else had these springs and done this?
If so, what one/s do i remove?
At the moment i have to wear a kidney belt to drive it anywhere cause the ride is sooo firm

On the up side it corners pretty well
Also been there and done that. They are stiff buggars to begin with.
I removed one leaf from each of the rears, still very stiff. For the first few weeks I was swearing and regretting having got them, but once they were broken in and flexed they ride much better.
Take out a leaf, if you haven't already done so, then take it for a drive, a long and flexy drive. If need be along the embankment rather than the road. No need to be quick just load up the springs individually.
They will also settle down to only 2" lift. You are probably looking at around 4-5" at the moment.
