I have a black hard top for sale off a 2001/2 model.
I am looking for $2000 and am based in Melbourne but not sure where you are.

They are a very easy swap over and dont require any hard modifications.
There is a wiring loom for the rear wiper and window defroster.
I am happy to take that out of my jeep as well and throw it in or I believe you can buy a kit from the USA.

If you are interested then just send me a private message.

cheers
