What control arms do you have?
The only time I;ve really seen this happen is when poor quality aftermarket arms are used.....And then I;ve seen brackets on the chassis damaged too.
So if you have poor quality arms, don't just renforce the lower brackets becuase chances are the uppers will be next.

its only the bracket on the diff thats bent just one side but cutting both off and fabricating new brackets too weld on i have the 4.5' superflex rubicon suspension so the arms are fine and im going too reinforce the top bracket too eventually

Yup superflex arms should be ok.
But when was the last time you greased them?
Remember if they get dry and seize up then all the twisting force goes to the brackets.
