Looking through the dobbinson springs catalogue for springs for my 86 LJ70, and i'm confused about something...

looking at pages 100 - 102 of the catalogue and the 65mm lifts. Why would the 65mm lift need long travel shocks for the late model swb and the lwb LJ's, but not the early model SWB?

my guess is because the early swb has that lil flex it couldnt need them lol
