hi guys ive got a mate at work who wants to buy a disco v8 but wants lpg probly around a 98-04 model he wants to know if other than fuel consumption are there any things he should look for in particular when checking them out and are there any major problems to keep an eye out for with discos in general . also what sort of litres per 100ks will he be looking at, both petrol and lpg thanks alot wayne

on the LPG L/100K I would expect 20L/100 around town on LPG and tiny bit less of fuel.

Depends on which he looks at, check for good service records, be wary of any that have replaced radiators or have had overheating problems, the autos should be good for 250 - 300K Km,

Basically you want a well maintained car that has log books and all the right bits in it and check the operation over every electrical component and get a professional PPI
