I made mine up out of ply reinforced with aluminium angle.
Bearings from roller blades and 50 x 25 section down the sides. was very easy to do.

sorry no pics this was all before I had a digi camera.
I took them out before I sold the ute, took the bearings off and threw the rest out.
Basically made like the outback systems but using ply and reinforced with ally angle, glue srews and rivets.
