Should give you a bit less than a 2" lift at the front doing this so you will need new springs for the rear as well.
Thanks,

Just confirming what Walker said. Putting my rear coils on the front gave my Rangie pretty much exactly a 2 inch lift. I was very happy with the front flex with these coils. I put Cruiser shocks on the front.

I can supply you with soft rear coils for heaps of flex but it will be a bit boat like or just the normal 2 inch lift coils for $150 for the pair.

If you have something heavy on the front end then it may sit down in which case you may get a away with a 30mm spring packer on the rear.. That is if you want a lift on the cheap.

Regards
Shane

Rear springs will be a heavier rate and unless they are standard or really soft they will be stiff, bu thats personal choice, but it will give you a lift

I was assuming his Rangie still had standard springs in it which means the rears could be 150lb for earlier RR which would be fine on the front. Just put some 240lb springs in the rear to even it up.
Thanks,

He has not said what type of car but if it is a Range Rover Classic, with "green" rears then they will be OK, as they are 160Lb. They will give about 2 inches lift.
I replaced mine with LRA "green" instead of the rears as they are about 12MM shorter, so give better castor.

They are what Land Rover specify for Heavy Duty springs.

Thanks for all the replies, its a 89 classic rangie just took out a set of standard lovells and put in some heavier kings. It sits higher in the back, so I just thought it might be a cheap option to put the other rears in the front and get some cruiser shocks for the front.

Let us know how it goes. Just make sure that your Cruiser shocks don't over compress on compression. I didn't have a problem as I had 33's and no body lift so the tyre would hit before the shock compressed.
