I've been watching this for the last few days. Asked the seller for some more info and this is his reply if your interested...
I overhauled it myself. I disassembled it inspected all the parts (nothing was wrong) assembled it and relubricated it. I purchased a 75 series in 1998 and it was on it. I guess about 10 or 12 years old. I have used it about once or twice a year on average. It is a 12volt motor.
I'm still undecided. Seems alright but is at the top end of what i'd pay for it.

I reckon its worth the current $700 bid but I wouldnt go too much higher than that.

and 'recently overhauled' is an unusual term for "took the cover off and peeked inside" !
