intercooler hose
Exactly where is the hose blowing off from? Does where the hose slip over have a lip on it to help the clamp keep the hose in position?
What type of clamp on the hose are you using? Is it a proper "Tee" clamp rather than the standard worm drive type?
Regards Andrew.

one comes off. got new clamps but still doin it.
What diameter is the pipe? If it's 2.5" (64mm) diameter or larger and not too thick I've got a bead roller at work that will roll a lip in the tube.
I've rolled lips on 3" stainless steel tubing 1.6mm thick for some of the turbo guys.
Alternatively, I can Tig weld a lip around the tube if it's needed.
My work is in Carrum Downs, let me know if you need it done.
