89 granroad import

Post by thedreadedrearadmiral »

G'day. I am looking at an 89 Safari Granroad import. 4.2 ltr diesel 150 k's and looks in real good nick but I am not sure about the 3 speed auto or the 24 volt electrics. Will I have trouble with parts like alternators and starters? The bloke is only asking 7500.

they are four speed auto plus od, 24v is not a problem, for spotties and the like go 24v lamps, for accesories either tap off 12v bat and get a charge equaliser, or get a 24-12v reducer (reducer for $150ish).
