The stick one was fine until now....

It there a better alternative than the factory one?

I am fitting a turbo in the next month or so also.

I'd like something that is easy to fit, easy to get, easy to set up (not asking for much :P)

Cheers.

i believe you can put on the 32/36 weber as most do to the 1.3 (and i shall be this weekend). i have found a few links talking about webers with turbo setups and they sound like its reliable and easy enough to setup. Built4thrashing on this forum knows a fair bit about webers.. a google will find you many a link in regards to it..

eg: http://www.rx7club.com/showthread.php?t ... ge=1&pp=15 guys installing them on rotarys.. talks about those compared to the nikkis etc..
i searched for: weber +"air corrector jets" +turbo

may come in handy:
Most race engines using the stock 32-36mm Pinto Holley/Weber carbs will see a 8-10 hp increase on the dyno by changing the air corrector jets from the 185-190 that they come with to a set of 160 air correctors. These air corrector jets are visible at the top of the carb when you take the carb top plate off (easily changed with a screwdriver). Cheapest horesepower we know of for the 2300. We stock them at $5.00 ea. The main jets are down in the float bowl. A # 52 drill is a good starting point for jet size for the main jets on most 2300 race engines.
