The carby in my G13A is internally leaking fuel, so i bought a carby rebuild kit as above, kit number AN-124A, and it only comes with an exploded diagram with numbered components.
Has anyone ever rebuilt a carby with one of these kits before? Do you just take the carby apart in the numbered order and put it back together in reverse replacing components with new gaskets etc supplied in kit?
What about setting float levels, needles, etc...
As you can see, i dont know squat about carbys

its fairly easy to follow the diagrams, just put the pieces in order as you remove them and dont get the jets mixed up
did you happen to look at the float level before removing it, if it was in the middle just leave it but there is no set spec just install check and you may have to take apart and bend it a little if its too high or low, the needle and seat you just put in the float controls the fuel flowwing through it

Not all zooks have a sight glass in the bowl. If the float level was fine before you rebuilt it, just leave it and see how it goes.
