I've nearly finished cutting mine GQ patrol into a dual cab and have pics of the hole process up until welding it all together. I'm hoping to have it all finished by the end of September.

I work in a smash shop & this is the first one we have attempted but to give you an idea of prices & time.

Id say there will be about 100 hours in labour from chopping it to painting it & putting it back together. So you would be looking at $5000 to $7000 finished or you could just get it welded up for about $3000 and finish it off yourself. :?

You can see the pics of mine here. ;) www.warrenl.gallery.netspace.net.au

Cheers mick.
