Biltiens, where to buy

Post by 6.5 rangie »

Okay , i need to change my shocks (bistiens) over as they are to short. What i need to know is where to buy Bilstiens to suit 80 Series for the front and GQ's for the rear. Preferably somewhere in the Dandenong region.
Also need to do the Brakelines aswell, where is the best spot for these? (dandy again would be good)
oh and bumpstop is front around 125mm
Rear 170mm.

And wil probably be selling my bilstiens if anyone is keen, they are 243's and 253's

Andrew Richmond does extra long travel bilsteins. I am not sure if he is able to or does change the valving to make them stiffer, which is one of the reasons for going 80/gq.
Unfortunately Andrew is in Thomastown, but I am sure he can organise something through a courier.

I've got some of Andrews Long travel Bilsteins here, unused to suit Disco1 and RR classic. Bought for a job that never eventuated. I'll sell you them for $880.00 a set and u pay freight.

I got mine done at Better Brakes in Moorabin for $25 each, 100mm longer :)
They also resleeved my master cylinder with a stainless sleeve and put a kit through it for around $100, bargain

Quadrant Suspensions in Intrepid Drive, Berwick are the people to talk to about Bilsteins. I think they are the Vic distributor. 97699666
