sensor flood light to lightbulb socket!

i know this aint 4x4 tech but i need some help from a sparky please ! what i need to know is can you get a sensor flood light that plugs straight into a light bulb bayonet fitting or am i better off chasing one that just plugs into normal electrical socket? thanks in advance! ;)

I'm not a sparky, but, yes, you can, but the wired ones are a piece of piss to fit also.. :-)

Head down to Middy's or Bunnings, or your neighbourhood lighting shop, and get what you like the best...

i didn't think you could but if you can you won't have manual overide to keep it on.

It is available, have seen them in bunnings.

They are a "DIY sensor light".

No wires required as they have a bayonet or screw socket to plug into the original lamp socket and then you just screw the complete thing to the wall/ceiling.
