hi all.... i am going to nock up a bar and was woundering how you have mounted your bar to rail..... pics....???? i am a little stuck on how to strengthen for winch at later date... dont want to be doin things twise here!!!! :D

Look at building a cradle for the winch and mount that to your chassis first and then build the bar how you want it to look around it.

You could have a look at the ARB bars maybe for cradle design.

Hi all. I've ben meaning to ask the same Charged_ZooK!! There's bugger all chassis on the front of our little Sierra compared to my Patrol!!

Can someone maybe post up some pics of how they've gone about mounting up onto the chassis rails and front bar?

I've got a TJM steel winch bar of a Rodeo that we're going to modify for the zook.

My bar doesn't have a winch in it but was made with room for one.

Mounted inside the chassis rails like this:
