Hi everyone, new poster here. I've just fitted an RTC damper onto my SJ80 sierra, and it looks like there is some lubricant weeping at the joins on both ends of the drag link. Pics below:

Does it look like I've done anything wrong setting it up? I'll put some pics of the rest of my car up once I've put them on photobucket.

Check the ball joints on either end and if the seals are gone you'll need to replace them. I recently replaced my tie rod and draglink through Suziwest (on an SJ413). Ring them for the best price (different to what website has listed) or try BBM as they have a container load of steering parts available at cheap prices.

u would have turned it when fitting the damper,they will be fine

Thanks guys, the seals are ok and everything looks to be fine now.

Looks like you are right joshnz1, I took it out for a drive today and nothing else has come out.
