Question for the Zook rebuilders

Hey,

Doing the rebuild soon and want to get some ideas on the best way to conduct this.

I have a WT with the chassis basically bare, body is separate and mostly complete. Locker is already setup in the rear and front is ready. suspension is basically done except for shock mounts upper as i need to flex it to get lengths and positions.

Would the best approach to assemble the chassis complete as possible inc 1.6 + adapter kit, gearbox, diffs + shafts and transfer case. fuel and water system installed. hook up steering box to chassis and diffs only.

then drop the body on top after, install BL and work from there for steering link to box and brakes and any other bits from there.

Sounds ok?

Nic

yeah that sounds about right, get it to a rolling chassis then put the motor etc in then place the cab on top

depending on size but you might have to work body and suspension with the tire size too.

Only going 31's as i have got them under a NT already. doing a 2" BL and work out any necessary spring rates and shocks later when togetther with most of the weight on there.
