Airflow Snorkel - GV to old Vit fit up

G'day,
I have recently purchased a GV Airflow snorkel and will be trying to fit it to my 97 Vitara, has anybody done this before out there please ? If so, what drama did you go through ?

I cant give you exact details on fitting to a Vitara, but I can give some general advice, I have fitted a Airflow to my old Sierra I didnt get the old carboard template and I dont know if they come with one.
If you have a carboard template get it onto the guard and mark it up best you can.
Try use a small drill bit to cut the circle out required for the snorkel to go through. drill closely to each other all the way round. File it out nicely and hit it with some Kill rust protectant paint so the guard doesnt rust. The front guard isnt to hard to remove just a few bolts and you will be able to see where it all goes.

the 97 one is a wide body one isn't it??
I have the cardboard template for a safari snorkel if that helps?
