chev questions for you clever fellas

Post by bambam »

Hi clever folk, will a chev TH350 auto bolt right on in between a chev vortec v6 4.3 litre petrol, and a chev T18 transfer case?
Also, who in the BrizVegas area is good (ie. sympathetic to, and knowlegable) to take very modified 4x4's with NSW rego and Eng. Certs. and get passed for QLD rego and get a mod plate?
Thanks,
Chris

Unfortunately QLD rules sux.

Anything over 2" of lift isn't allow and a heap of other really sh1tty restrictions.

I's got me stuff how a safe, engineered and roadworthy 4wd in NSW can become a dangerous unroadworty 4wd as soon as it crosses the invisible line.

If there was a chev with a T18 and T350 as standard then yes and you will need the extension housing to suit.
Saddle up tonto, its the not so loanrangie! . 98 TDI DISCO lightly modded with more to come.
