ALSO IN ELECTRIAL. JUST A SIMPLE ANSWER WOULD BE APPRECIATED.WHAT COULOR CODE WIRE DO I SPLICE INTO AT THE L/H HEAD LIGHT TO ACTIVATE RELAY OFF HIGH BEAM SWITCH.

tap into both sides at the rear of the light
Now with locked diff to keep up with rav4s

Get yourself a multimeter from dicksmith or off ebay and test the wires for voltage. The one that has current only when Hi beams are on is your wire. Simple ;)
