to put it simply, my suspension on the coily is rooted - so planning to do a complete overhaul.
This is what i have been quoted - just wanted to see what your opinions were, and whether or not i need all the items quoted. My knowledge on the technical side of things is quite limited - so any info or advice is welcome.

SPF1877 $145.58 RADIUS ROD TO CHASSIS
My budget was blown a bit out of proportion, but i will be doing the fitment of the springs and shocks myself, and only getting the workshop to press in the new bushes - to keep down labour costs.

all are decent to normal prices...the rear shocks do not need to be modded..
i would steer clear of the panhard bush kit as these flog out very quickly, try to stick with rubber.
the other bushes for the trailing arms are great in my opinion.. i used to run just these in the mud4b and they lasted for years of abuse.
i would say overall this is a very decent price and good product to get your zook sweet again.

If you've got a bull bar you'll want to go with KSFER for the front. I found that the KSFR just couldn't hold the front up when I threw my bull bar on. They are only an extra inch longer but they do compress a fair way. Other than that I find that the Kingsprings are good for flex. However the shocks will make all the difference. At the moment I'm only running el cheapo shocks and she kicks me in the ass with every bump on the road. I'm soon looking at fitting RS5000 shocks or the ES3000 to flatten out most of the little bumps in the road that all seem to be speed humps at the moment.

I've pretty much decided im going to put the money towards a new car (more suited for touring) and only replace what urgently needs replacing, which at this stage is the trailing arm bushes.
I've had enough of pissing around with coilies, whilst its been a great car, its starting to show signs of the abuse it has copped over the last few months, which is fair enough, and is impractical for what i want to do over the next couple of years
