Yes they are available to be bought. $990 per tyre for the Red Label.

They are 39.5x13x17

I think you will find the complete opposite is true.
After talking to David at the 4x4 show in Melbourne he was saying that they will not sponsor anyone at all and you would be lucky to even get any discount at all on the tyres.

They were planning on offering prize money for winning your class in competition so that would offset the cost of the tyres for competitors.

This could change I guess but he was pretty adamant.

cheers

Thought it would be somthing like this was just a thought after seeing most of the cars on this years Ultimate Adventure running them.

Im limited by width because of the trailer so anything over 13.5 wide is out unless i mod the trailer. So it looks like 39 irocks would be my only choice anyone no of any other tyre bigger than a 38 that is still narrow?

As Zach said, they are running a contingency progam - they will not fully or partially sponsor anyone from what David said. If you win or place when you are running their tires (which you pay full price for), then you get some cash... the more you win/place, the more cash you get.

The red labels (again, info from David) are 39's, not 39.5's.
